Eye Glasses

• Friends can request eye glasses no more than once every 6 months.


• The Lions Club has an eye glass program for our Friends.   No SVdP funds are required.


• Eye glass applications are available in the SVdP Conference Office Manager's file folders.


• Friends should fill out the application and turn in to the SVdP Conference Office Manager.
